Cleaning Technician
Responsibilities of the cleaning crew:
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, building entrances, and community laundry areas.
- Perform duties such as dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Proactively communicate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Arrive at each job site on time and present a neat and clean appearance.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a Tax ID Number (TIN or SSN) and complete a W9 Form.
- Own reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English.
- Own a mobile phone (preferably a smartphone) to stay in contact with the team.
- Availability of at least 5 or more hours per week.
- Living in or near the service area is beneficial for timely arrivals and flexibility.
